Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026

Zeus Enhance is built privacy-first. Your photos are enhanced entirely on your device. This policy explains what that means and the very limited data the app touches.

1. Summary

  • Your photos are processed on your device. They are never uploaded to us or to any third party.
  • We do not require an account, and we do not collect personal information.
  • We do not run ads, we do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and we do not track you across other apps or websites, or sell any data.
  • We collect anonymous crash diagnostics (via Firebase Crashlytics) and anonymous usage statistics (via Firebase Analytics) to fix bugs and understand which features are used — never your photos. You can turn usage statistics off in Settings → Privacy.
  • Purchases are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.

2. Who we are

Zeus Enhance is developed by Roberto Sartori (the "Developer"). For any privacy question, contact support@zeusenhance.com.

3. Photo processing (on-device)

When you open a photo in Zeus Enhance, all enhancement, depth grading, and upscaling run locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple frameworks and on-device machine-learning models. Your images and the edits you make are not transmitted off the device. We have no server that receives, stores, or analyses your photos.

4. Photo library access

The app asks for permission to access photos so you can pick an image to enhance and, if you choose, save the result back to your library. This access is used solely for those actions, on your device. You can change or revoke this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.

5. Diagnostics, analytics & feedback

Zeus Enhance includes no advertising SDKs, no cross-app tracking, and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). We do not build marketing profiles and we do not sell data.

To understand how the app is used — which features people reach, where they drop off — we use Firebase Analytics (a Google service). It records anonymous, aggregated usage events such as opening a photo, applying a look, cropping, or exporting, along with technical context like your device model, operating-system version, app version, and a Firebase-generated app-instance identifier. It never includes your photos or their contents, is not linked to your name or an account, and is not used to track you across other apps or for advertising — we have explicitly disabled the Advertising Identifier and ad-personalization signals. You can turn this off at any time in Settings → Privacy → "Share anonymous usage data". Google processes this data as our service provider under Firebase's data-processing terms.

To keep the app stable we use Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service). If the app crashes or hits an error, Crashlytics records technical diagnostics such as your device model, iOS version, app version, the sequence of events leading to the problem, and a crash stack trace. These reports never contain your photos and are not tied to your identity; they are used only to diagnose and fix bugs. Google processes this data as our service provider under Firebase's data-processing terms and Google's Privacy Policy. As with any network request, Google receives the device IP address at connection time.

If you send feedback from Settings → Feedback, the message you write is transmitted to our Firebase backend so we can read it. Feedback is sent anonymously: we do not attach your name, your photos, or a device identifier. An email address is optional and used only to reply if you ask us to — leave it blank to stay fully anonymous.

Apple may also provide the Developer with aggregate, anonymous App Store and TestFlight statistics (for example, total downloads) that are not linked to you as an individual.

6. In-app purchases & subscriptions

Exports, the Pro subscription, and the Lifetime unlock are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the transaction and your payment information; we never receive your card or Apple ID details. Purchase validation happens on your device. A count of your remaining export credits may be stored locally in the device Keychain so it survives reinstalls. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. Data security

Because your photos stay on your device, they are protected by your device's own security (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and iOS data protection). No image data is transmitted to us, so there is no server-side copy to secure or breach.

8. Children's privacy

Zeus Enhance is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because the app collects no personal data at all, no special children's data is gathered.

9. Your rights

We hold no account, no marketing profile, and no copy of your photos. Crash diagnostics and any feedback you send are not linked to your identity. If you sent us a feedback message and would like it removed, email support@zeusenhance.com and we will delete it. All other app content lives on your device and is removed if you delete the app (subject to Apple's records of your purchases).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The "Last updated" date above will change, and material updates will be reflected in a new app version.
