These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zeus Enhance app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of someone else, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.

2. Description of the service

Zeus Enhance is an on-device photo-enhancement application for iOS. It lets you enhance, grade depth, and upscale photos locally on your device, preview the result for free, and export the final image once unlocked via an in-app purchase.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may enhance and export your own photos and photos you have the right to edit.

4. Purchases, exports & subscriptions

The App is free to download and to preview results. Exporting the final image requires either an export credit pack (consumable), the Pro subscription (auto-renewable), or the Lifetime unlock (one-time). All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.

Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Except where required by law or by Apple's policies, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to process content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to edit. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's models or source code except to the extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by the Developer and protected by law. You retain all rights to your own photos and to the images you produce with the App; the Developer claims no ownership of your content.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Enhancement results depend on your source image and may vary. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or images, arising from your use of the App. Always keep backups of your original photos.

9. Device requirements

The App requires a compatible Apple device running iOS 18 or later. Performance depends on your device's hardware.

10. Updates & changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the App.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

13. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and the Developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
